Right now we believe that cycling is more important than ever. What better way to get outdoors, go where you need to go, and simply normalize. Going out for a bike ride can really go a long way in terms of our mental and physical health during these times. UPDATE: We're very happy to say our showrooms are again open with normal business hours at all locations and are ready to serve you. Below you'll find some additional information on what we're still doing to keep our community of riders safe and ready to ride.

Disinfectants and General Cleaning:

Yeah, lots of cleaning. Touch points in and around our locations are being sanitized frequently. This includes; counters, door handles, pin pads, computer keyboards, phones, etc.  

Social Distancing:

We unfortunately have postponed all classes, clinics, and rides for the foreseeable future and have canceled any participation in all community events. We promise they will return, so stay tuned. We are continuing to monitor store traffic levels throughout the day and are responding accordingly in order to be respectful to all our customers. - Thanks for your understanding!

Payments:

We are encouraging the use of Credit and Debit Cards to limit the use of cash handling. Payment options here!

When not to Visit Us:

We ask that if you don't feel comfortable visiting our retail locations due to any health concerns not to do so. If you are currently sick or have been in contact with anyone currently showing signs to please not visit us at this time.

Online Orders:

Our website is updated daily and is a great tool to shop and make purchases. Please note any preferences during the ordering process and we'll do our absolute best to accommodate your needs. Additionally, one of our staff will reach out to you after you've made your order to confirm your purchase is correct and that all items are still currently available.

Repair Drop Off: 

Drop off your repair at of one of our locations we'll make sure it gets done right and contact you when it's ready for pick-up. Due to a very high volume of repairs recently, we've temporarily stop taking repair bookings online.

Orders/Service Pickup:

Online order and repair service pickups are typically a quick, simple and safe process. If you have any additional needs or requests on pick-up, we ask you just simply contact our staff and let us know prior to your arrival what they are and we'll do our best to meet them.
