1,240 grams is obscenely lightweight when it comes to mountain bike wheelsets—the kind of weight that XC racers dream about—but light weight alone is no longer enough on today’s aggressive XC tracks. So, we sweated all the details and engineered the new Control SL Team LTD wheels to be sharp handling, smooth-riding, extra durable, and less prone to pinch flats. Oh yeah, they’re also some of the lightest production wheels on the planet. We didn’t pull any punches creating the Control SL Team LTD. Built around the lightest hubs Roval has ever made, its completely new rim design with a 29mm internal width provides a better tire profile for improved traction and ride quality. An all-new bead-hook design with wider hooks results in a flat profile that not only offers greater impact strength by distributing impact force over a larger area but also increases the impact force needed to pinch flat by 22 percent. Finally, offset spokes and an asymmetric rim profile paired with two-cross lacing not only provides a better bracing angle for increased lateral stiffness but allows for the use of a single spoke length across the entire wheelset. The end result is a featherweight XC race wheel that excels everywhere from the racecourse to the backcountry. Incredibly low weight matched with above-category toughness and durability, razor-sharp handling, and exceptional ride quality brings out the very best in modern mountain bike performance. Available in very limited numbers, the Control SL Team LTD is meticulously hand-built and finished with a special graphic treatment. - Rim Type: Carbon clincher, 2Bliss Ready, Zero Bead Hook 4mm FlatTop design. Cobalt Blue Metallic graphic under clear coat. - Rim Width: 29mm internal - Roval Engineered Control SL hubshells have a single spoke length for each wheelset. - Bearing Type: SiNC Ceramic Sealed cartridge - Assembly Method: Hand-built - Every wheel includes custom anodized tubeless valve stems and individual spoke hole plugs to make tubeless set-up easier. - Total Wheelset Weight: 1240g

What It Is The G27 is the G23's little big brother. Smaller in diameter and lighter in weight, the G27 is designed for the higher-volume tires demanded by many riders on rougher and looser terrain. At 320 grams, our lightest tubeless rim is 27mm wide and designed for tires marked 27.5 or 650B. Armed against pinch flats with the patent-pending Wide Hookless Bead, the G27 is at home off-road and capable on tamer stretches of singletrack. Who It's For Those seeking the challenge of drop-bar riding over more technical terrain that is typically frequented by mountain bikes will benefit from the additional air volume, durability, and anti-flat performance benefits provided by the G27. If your path leads you to rough roads, single tracks, and multi-day bikepacking adventures, the G27 may be for you. Why We Made It There is a place between road and mountain that is open to discovery. Beyond the range of your trail bike or the capabilities of your road bike. Terrain littered with contradicting challenges and demanding requirements are at odds with the bikes and products available today. We built the new G27 to thrive in this new environment because insights gained through building the world's best road and mountain bike rims told us that the perfect combination did not exist in our stable, or in our opinion, anywhere at all. The higher volume and lower pressures would demand MTB toughness and flat resistance, while big days and long miles would require the light weight and efficiency of a road machine. Above all, the combination of rough and rigid would require a wheel with the ride quality to make those long miles enjoyable and multi-day treks possible.

What It Is The definitive mountain wheel. The M6 Series defines the modern and varied interpretation of the mountain bike. Loaded with traction and acceleration on the climb, it's also backed with precision and control while absorbing vibrations and impacts on the descent. The M6 Series is designed in two diameters and three widths to ensure your sophisticated preference for tire size and pressure is met with an uncompromising tire-to-rim interface. Who It's For The mountain biker who wonders what is possible, the skeptic afraid of "plastic" wheels, the weight weenie, the Clydesdale, the high-mileage guy, the weekend warrior. It would be easier to describe who it is not for… Why We Made It ENVE showed the world that a mountain bike wheel could be carbon — we're still immensely proud of that achievement. A mountain bike wheel, however, can be so much more. The M6 Series is not about technical challenges, and we refuse to chase specifications in order to be the widest, tallest, or stiffest. For the M6 Series of wheels, the question was not about carbon, rather, "What is the potential of a mountain bike wheel?" Each M6 Series wheel model is designed for the broad range of tire widths, hub configurations, and sizes so that you, the modern trail rider, can choose between them.

When we set out to create a lightweight tubular disc wheel, we didn't want it to be ""just another climbing wheel."" We wanted to provide the lightest disc wheelset available with the aerodynamic attributes of something twice its depth. It was a tall order, but in the end, our CLX 32 Tubular Disc not only not only delivers on this in spades, but it also provides incredible brake modulation and power in all conditions, increased impact resistance, and a disc-specific carbon layup that increases strength while decreasing weight. Our design process started with a low overall weight at the forefront, as we knew what weight we could hit with the information and technology we had available. With that weight in mind, we then turned our focus to aerodynamics and began an iterative process of designing and testing over 150 individual rims to find the optimal shape. These innumerable Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models, Win Tunnel hours, and shots of espresso left us with a 32mm-deep shape that boasts more logged wind tunnel time than any other wheel in its category. Once we found the most aerodynamic shape, at the 32-millimter depth, we came back to the weight focus and proceeded to experiment with over 40 different layup methods to reach our desired weight. And this made the CLX 32 lighter and faster than every other competitor in the lightweight wheel category. For this CLX 32, we mated the rim to our Aero Flange (AF) series hub with DT Swiss Aero spokes to create the best overall system. This results in a 680-gram, front wheel with an extremely low inertia value. In cycling, inertia relates to the amount of force it takes to accelerate or decelerate, so wheels that are built with lightweight rims, like the CLX 32, result in a lower inertia value that creates a lively wheel that allows you to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction with less effort. But why so wide? Well, additional width does three primary things for a rim, it provides additional structural strength, it allows for a clean rim and tire interface when using wide tires (resulting in enhanced aerodynamics and faster rolling properties), and it better supports the tire in hard cornering. This boosts both predictable grip and confidence when things get twisty on the descents. Each rear wheel also employs the legendary CeramicSpeed bearings and comes with our padded wheelbag, quick-release, tubeless plugs, tubeless valve, and SwissStop Black Prince brake pads. - Assembly Method: Hand-built - Braking Surface: Disc brake only - Extras: Roval padded wheelbag, Roval steel quick-release, Roval tubeless plugs and tubeless valve,142x12mm thru-axle ; quick-release end caps - Nipple Type: DT Swiss Pro Lock hexagonal - Rear Hub: Roval AFD2, Center Lock, CeramicSpeed bearings, DT Swiss 240 internals, 11-speed, quick-release or 142x12mm thru-axle end cap - Rim Depth: 32mm - Rim Material: Carbon - Rim Type: Carbon tubular - Rim Width: 27.1mm external - Spoke Count: 24 - Spoke Pattern: One-cross/Two-cross (2:1) - Spoke Type: DT Swiss Aerocomp (L)/Aerolite (R) T-head - Weight: 680g

The Roval CLX 32 Disc full-carbon clincher is the perfect performance disc wheel; light, stiff, and fast. The wide internal rim width provides an optimum tire profile for precise handling, stiffness, and aerodynamics. The Center Lock hub makes this an ideal wheel for the muddiest cross-race or fast paced ride. This wheel offers a non-SCS rear hub for traditional QR or 12mm thru-axle compatibility.

When we set out to create a lightweight wheelset, we didn't want it to be "just another climbing wheel." We wanted to provide the lightest wheelset out there with the aerodynamic attributes of something twice its depth. One wheel that'll get you to the base of a climb quickly and up it as efficiently as possible, yet still be strong enough for day-to-day abuse. It was a tall order, but in the end, the CLX 32 gave us more than what we asked for. Our design process started with a low overall weight at the forefront, as we knew what weight we could hit with the information and technology we had available. With that weight in mind, we then turned our focus to aerodynamics and began an iterative process of designing and testing over 150 individual rims to find the optimal shape. For the CLX 32 rear clincher, we mated the rim to our Aero Flange (AF) series hub with DT Swiss Aero spokes to create the best overall system. This results in a 730-gram, 21mm-wide (internal width) rear wheel with an extremely low inertia value. First came our CLX 64. Then the 32s. And after racking up multiple wins in Grand Tours, Worlds, and everything in between, we knew that our best bet was to take the line to new heights, or well, new depths. We needed to design one wheel that was a true quiver killer. One wheel that had all the aerodynamic benefits of the 64 in a package that climbed like the 32, and that's where the all-new CLX 50 comes in. When we set out to create the CLX 50, we had clear goals in mind, create wheels that are 48 to 54mm deep, aerodynamically optimized, ultra-wide, and under 1400 grams. This meant that they'd have to borrow some weight savings techniques that we developed for the CLX 32, while taking some aero guidance from the CLX 64, if we were going to create what we like to call ""the unicorn wheel."" Even though the CLX 50 is similar in weight to many wheels in the ""lightweight"" category, aerodynamics came at the forefront of the development. With this, we jumped headlong into Computational Fluid Dynamics computer modeling to arrive at various rim shapes that could make the CLX 50 as fast and light as possible. It took a while, but we narrowed the rim shape down to three contenders that were then CNC machined into rims, built into wheels, and put into the Win Tunnel. In the tunnel, we tested every wheel, ours and the competition's, with a 24C tire (measuring 26C), as tires can drastically affect testing. We chose a modern-width tire to design our rims around, because they not only allow for less tire pressure (which results in more comfort and less rolling resistance) but are also just as aerodynamically efficient when paired with the correct rim width. After finding the optimized rim shape that supported our svelte weight requirements, we opted to lace the rims, via 21 DT Swiss Aerolite spokes, to our Aero Flange (AF) hub with the legendary CeramicSpeed bearings and DT 240 hub internals. And when it was time for final testing validation, we were left with a 50mm-deep, 770-gram clincher wheelset that's not only 200 grams lighter than the competition's similar depth wheel, but is also measurably faster in every conceivable test than each wheel in its category. - Assembly Method: Hand-built - Brake Track Height: 12mm - Braking Surface: Carbon Fiber - Extras: Roval padded wheelbag, Roval steel quick-release, Roval tubeless plugs and tubeless valve, SwissStop Black Prince brake pads - Nipple Type: DT Swiss Pro Lock hexagonal - Rear Hub: Roval AF1, CeramicSpeed bearings, DT Swiss 240 internals, 11-speed - Rim Depth: 50mm - Rim Material: Carbon - Rim Type: Carbon clincher, 2Bliss Ready - Rim Width: 20.7mm internal, 29.4mm external - Spoke Count: 21 - Spoke Pattern: Radial/Two-cross (2:1) - Spoke Type: DT Swiss Aerolite T-head - Weight: 770g

Since 2020, Rapide CLX wheels have won more races on the world tour than any other wheels, and we just made them faster. Meet the new Rapide CLX II. Combining the aerodynamics of a deep-section TT wheel with the light weight of a shallower climbing wheel and mixing in the superior efficiency and sublime handling of a tubeless system-the Rapide CLX II delivers maximum speed for real-world riding. We developed distinctly different shapes for the Rapide CLX II front and rear rims. The result is a wheelset that catches less drag than most 65mm wheelsets and brings a dramatic 25% improvement in stability over 50mm rims in wind gusts. The Rapide CLX II utilizes a hooked rim (allowing for real-world riding pressures up to 110psi, if that's your thing) for secure tire bead retention and an easier set up and mounting experience than ever before. All in a wheel that almost doubles current industry impact standards while managing to achieve the lightest weight possible. Our aeroflange hubs are aerodynamically optimized, with wide bracing angles for increased strength and reduced spoke weight. They also benefit from the reduced weight and increased strength of ceramic sinc bearings and the legendary durability of DT Swiss exp freehub internals. - Rim: Rapide CLX Carbon Clincher, 700c, Disc Brake, Tubeless Rim Details: 51mm Depth, 35mm External Width, 21mm Internal Width - Hub: Roval Aero Hub (AFD01/AFD02R) Center Lock, DT Swiss 180 Ratchet EXP 36t internals (10 degs), 100x12mm & 142x12mm, Shim. When we set out to create a lightweight tubular disc wheel, we didn't want it to be "just another climbing wheel." We wanted to provide the lightest disc wheelset available with the aerodynamic attributes of something twice its depth. This results in a 550-gram, front wheel with an extremely low inertia value. Each front wheel also employs the legendary CeramicSpeed bearings and comes with our padded wheelbag, quick-release, tubeless plugs, tubeless valve, and SwissStop Black Prince brake pads. - Assembly Method: Hand-built - Braking Surface: Disc brake only - Extras: Roval padded wheelbag, Roval steel quick-release, 12mm thru-axle, quick-release end caps - Front Hub: Roval AFD1, Center Lock, CeramicSpeed bearings, quick-release or 12mm thru-axle end cap - Nipple Type: DT Swiss Pro Lock hexagonal - Rim Depth: 32mm - Rim Material: Carbon - Rim Type: Carbon tubular - Rim Width: 27.1mm external - Spoke Count: 21 - Spoke Pattern: Two-cross/Radial (2:1) - Spoke Type: DT Swiss Aerolite (L)/Aerocomp (R) T-head - Weight: 550g

We wanted to provide the lightest wheelset out there with the aerodynamic attributes of something twice its depth. It was a tall order, but in the end, the CLX 32 gave us more than what we asked for.
